Vacationvillas.com is an online advertising directory and only facilitates the exchange of information between property owners and potential renters. Vacationvillas.com does not verify either the information regarding the properties advertised or the identity of the contact person(s). Vacationvillas.com cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may arise between the advertisers and the renters. Renters are responsible for conducting their own investigation regarding any and all claims made by prospective renters or vacation property owners. Renters assume all liability for use of any information they find in any vacationvillas.com publication.
Expiration of a listing
Owners are welcome to change and delete the information in their listings at any time. If the listing expires we will continue advertising your property as a courtesy until payment is arranged. This is limited to a 30 day period only. During this time all enquiries may be suspended until payment had been received and cleared.
Email Notification
As part of the service we provide, t is vacationvillas.com responsibility to ‘send’ email notifications for inquiries (requests for homes) generated by traveller via vacationvillas.com to the advertisers registered email addresses. However, it is not vacationvillas.com responsibility to make sure they can ‘receive’ email notifications from vacationvillas.com.
Private Email Disclaimer
Vacationvillas.com shall not be liable for any email communication problems among advertisers and travellers using our private email option. Travellers are fully responsible for providing their ‘real’ email addresses to owners when reserving a property.
Transfer of listing
Vacationvillas.com will not refund advertisers that choose to take their property off or to sell it. However, the listing can be transferred over to a new owner after payment of a transfer fee.
Right to cancel
Vacationvillas.com reserves the right to cancel any vacationvillas.com advertising at anytime and without reason or notice.
Liability Statement
Vacationvillas.com shall not be held liable for service disruptions or errors resulting, but not limited to, internet related outages, wars, acts of god, or negligence.
One property per listing
Vacationvillas.com listings (in most cases) meant to advertise one property in one location. If you sell your property and purchase a new property in the same city/location, then you may modify your listing to advertise new property. However, if you sell your property and purchase one that it outside of the original location/city you will need to pay for and create a separate listing.
Acceptable content
Advertisers are expected to use the service for the advertisement of their vacation home(s) only. All content must not contain any adult only content or links to such sites that may cause distress and or offence to any person using the site. Such content shall be deleted without notice and the listing will be cancelled with no refunds.

Refund Policy
All refunds for payments made for vacation homes are the responsibility of the individual property owner. Before the payment is made vacationvillas.com advises everyone to check the refund policy of the particular home they are reserving/paying for. Vacationvillas.com accepts no liability for refunds resulting from transactions made between a holiday maker and an advertiser.
If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason during the first 6 months of service, we will happily refund you based on the table below:

Refunds are only available for the first listing made with vacationvillas.com during the first 6 months of service. No refunds are available for subsequent listings.
To request a refund please send your request to: financial.services@vacationvillas.com, including the reason you wish to cancel and any information we need to access your listing.
By renewing your listing you are agreeing to have it remain active for 12 continuous months from date of renewal and without refund.
For monthly paid listings you have to provide written notice to vacationvillas.com. Once vacationvillas.com has received the written confirmation it may take up to 72 hours to process your request.
